Our client is a major company operating in Europe. For this client we are searching for a skillful CRM Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the CRM activities and roll out the retention strategy
  • You will automate funnels
  • Optimizing the customer journey for the best results
  • Setting up marketing automation systems
  • Working together with the Data Analysis team to improve user engagement
  • Setting up campaigns across multiple touchpoints
  • Analyzing and optimizing email marketing campaign performance to improve operational, acquisition and engagement mailings

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in this profession
  • Completed HBO or WO level education
  • Good knowledge of marketing platforms
  • You have at least 3 years of experience with CRM marketing within the B2C environment
  • Knowledge of direct marketing, database marketing and loyalty programs
  • Experience in creating a wide range of marketing materials
  • Being creative en customer minded
  • Having strategic insight and analytical skills
