The new "Balanced Labour Market Act" (WAB) brings many changes to the lives of companies and employment agencies. In the information session, recruitment consultant Marcel Reijmers of Flexknowledge spoke about what measures companies and employment agencies must take to be able to confirm with the new law.
The information session took place at Delta Team in Rijswijk. The information session was followed by a networking session with drinks. The Human Resources and Finance Directors of various companies commented on the WAB and shared experiences. Delta Team will organize more events in the future.
