The activities take place in the (petro)chemical industry where activities related to engineering, (pre)fabrication and installation of pipelines, steel constructions, equipment construction, repair of storage tanks, plant stops, maintenance, modification and new construction take place. Activities generally take place on the client's premises.
Maintenance is performed on various equipment, piping systems, machines, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, electric motors, steam turbines, appendages, etc. The elimination of faults by constructive coherence of the parts of the machines to be repaired.
You have general knowledge of rotating machinery, bearing and lubrication technology. You can read drawings (at a detailed level) and process adjustments in the drawing and also determine adjustment data with the help of manuals. You have knowledge and experience with the method of checking components for malfunctions, the method of disassembling, assembling, repairing and overhauling components, the method of visually inspecting components and determining damage;

What is expected of you?
- High safety awareness, strict adherence to procedures and instructions
- Flexible deployment with varying working hours
- Compliance with agreements
- Preferably a B driving license and/or own transportation (if not, transportation can be arranged)
- A good command of the Dutch or English language
- VCA basic safety certificate
- MBO work and thinking level
- Knowledge of measuring tools and measuring protocols
- Knowledge and experience in machining and making parts using lathe, hand tools and aids
- Certificate Working on flange connections according to protocol (WFPr)
