What does the work entail?
The outside guard / manhole guard supervises persons who perform risky work. This outside guard / manhole guard ensures that the work permit instructions are observed, takes measures in case of unsafe conditions within the work area to prevent dangerous situations. The working environment is mainly in the petrochemical industry, at shipyards and energy companies where an outside guard is required at every workplace.

What is expected of you?
- High safety awareness, strict adherence to procedures and instructions
- Flexible deployment with varying working hours
- Compliance with agreements
- Preferably a B driving license and/or own transportation (if not, transportation can be arranged)
- A good command of the Dutch or English language
- VCA basic safety certificate
- In possession of the Outdoor Watch certificate (can be arranged)
- Possibly a diploma in gas measurement and small fire extinguishers
