What does the work involve?
The outside guard / manhole guard supervises persons who perform risky activities. This outside guard / manhole guard makes sure that the work permit instructions are observed, takes measures in case of unsafe situations within the working area and prevents dangerous situations. The working environment is mainly in the Petrochemical industry, at Shipyards and Energy companies where a Manhole Guard is required at every work place.
Where will you work?
You will be working at Delta Team, which has earned its spurs in the Industry, Construction or Infrastructure sectors by mediating for a variety of employees.

What is expected of you?
- High safety awareness, strictly following procedures and instructions
- Flexible deployment with varying working hours
- Keeping appointments
- Preferably a driving licence B and/or own transport (if not, transport can be arranged)
- A good command of the Dutch or English language
- VCA basic safety certificate
- In possession of the Buitenwacht certificate (can be arranged)
- Possibly a diploma in gas measurement and small fire extinguishers
