What does the work involve?

As a work preparer you are responsible for the proper preparation of the work by, among other things

• Establishing the correct job description
• establishing and formulating the correct specifications for materials to be used, equipment to be deployed, subcontractors to be contracted, etc.
• Drawing up budgets and/or working budgets
• preparing the (preliminary) plan of action
• drawing up the planning for the progress report

Where will you work?

You will be working at Delta Team, which has earned its spurs in the Industry, Construction or Infrastructure sectors by mediating for a variety of employees.

What is expected of you?

• Good handling of safety
• Flexible deployment with varying working hours
• Keeping appointments, strictly following procedures and instructions
• Driving licence B and/or own transport (if not, transport can be arranged)
• A good command of the Dutch or English language
• VCA basic safety certificate (can be arranged)
• MTS education in civil or construction engineering, supplemented by several years of practical experience in the executive or preparatory field
• Operating independently in automated systems cost calculations, schedules and reports on the progress of work
• Education/training in the most common automation packages, possibly supplemented by courses in the area of management and organisation
