What does the work entail?
As a work planner you are responsible for preparing the work in the right way by, among other things:
- Establishing the correct job description
- Determining and formulating the correct specifications for materials to be used, equipment to be used, subcontractors to be contracted, etc.
- drawing up budgets and/or working budgets
- preparing the (provisional) plan of action
- drawing up the planning for the progress signalling

What is expected of you?
- Good handling of security
- Flexible deployment with varying work hours
- Keeping appointments, strictly following procedures and instructions
- Driver's license B and/or own transportation (if not, transportation can be arranged)
- A good command of the Dutch or English language
- VCA basic safety certificate (can be provided)
- MTS training in the field of civil engineering or construction, supplemented with several years of practical experience in the field of execution or work preparation
- Operating independently in automated systems for cost calculations, schedules and reports on the progress of the work
- Courses or training courses followed in the most common automation packages, possibly. supplemented with courses in the field of management and organization
