To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced
HR Advisor
(40 hours per week)
What will you do?
- You will be responsible for the development and implementation of tactical and operational HR policies and processes, such as recruitment & selection, performance, absence management and development;
- You are a sparring partner for management on personnel and organization-wide issues;
- You take care of the correct interpretation and application of labor and social legislation and the terms of employment included in the collective bargaining agreement. You will act as a point of reference for managers and employees;
- You will coordinate and organize internal and external training;
- You will work closely with human resources and payroll.
As an HR Advisor, you will make an important contribution to caring for our colleagues.
What knowledge and experience do you bring?
- You have a completed college education in Human Resource Management;
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- You are used to working in a dynamic, demanding and multicultural environment;
- You have knowledge of personnel and payroll administration and personnel planning as well as supporting software packages. Experience with Easyflex and/or P4F is a plus;
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages;
- You easily switch between different levels and know how to connect them;
- You show initiative and know how to set the right priorities;
- You possess a healthy dose of self-reflection and humor.
